Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team in Palakkad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit potential clients in the assigned territory.
  • Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, and networking
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Achieve sales targets.
  • Prepare and deliver product presentations and demonstrations
  • Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Keep records of sales, customer interactions, and market feedback.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales, preferably in FMCG, hygiene, or related sectors
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Willingness to travel extensively within Palakkad and nearby areas
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, etc.)
  • Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license

Educational Qualification:

  • Minimum: Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
