Your Role
  1. Product Strategist: Develop and implement web and mobile product roadmaps, driving growth and scalability.
  2. Team Leader: Build and lead a small engineering team, focusing on architecture, CI/CD, cloud operations, and security.
  3. Feature Development: Design and deliver customer-facing features, including booking and payments, itinerary builders, psychometric assessments, content delivery, user profiles, and dashboards.
  4. Integration Specialist: Establish connections with payment gateways (Stripe/Razorpay), calendar and travel APIs, Zoom/meeting tools, CRM, and analytics platforms.
  5. Operational Excellence: Drive automation, set Service Level Agreements (SLAs), develop vendor portals, and create reporting dashboards.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in building product startups or platforms, with full-stack and DevOps expertise.
  • Strong background in frontend and backend development (React/Next, React Native/Flutter, Node.js/Django/Go).
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker), as well as continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
Desirable Skills
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), psychometric tools, bookings/online travel agency (OTA) workflows, and dynamic pricing.
  • Prior experience as an early-stage co-founder or similar role, with equity literacy.
