Project Development Lead
We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our product development process, partnering with cross-functional teams to drive strategic growth and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the evaluation and decision-making process for new product development, considering factors such as cost, speed to market, technical feasibility, scalability, and long-term maintainability.
- Serve as the central point of coordination for research, stakeholder input, and decision documentation, ensuring seamless communication across teams.
- Manage the assessment backlog by prioritizing evaluation criteria, gathering insights from cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with business strategy and product roadmap.
- Foster risk assessment, dependency mapping, and scenario planning to recommend viable solutions for in-house build, vendor purchase, or hybrid approaches.
