Senior Project Strategist">

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Strategist to lead stakeholder engagements and work streams related to the specific program or portfolio in conjunction with our core values and principles.

  1. Provide oversight of highly skilled project resources and project deliverables throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring timely execution of project deliverables.
  2. Apply well-developed consulting skills and in-depth industry knowledge in the execution of assignments.
  3. Establish a framework for effective program management, governance, and metrics.
  4. Help lead proposal development and other new business activities by leveraging existing relationships with senior executives.
  5. Contribute to engagement decisions, including work plan and timeline, project management, resource allocation, and staff career development.
  6. Develop program strategies and plans, including stakeholder assessment, leadership alignment, organization transition, change readiness, capability transfer, and end-user training.
  7. Implement programs in areas such as new product rollout, entity setup, regulations, infrastructure setup, data, and digital.
  8. Establish short- and long-term goals, KPIs, and objectives, and execute against operational plans.
  9. Manage risks and issues, taking corrective actions as needed.
  10. Act as a mentor to the team, continuously evaluating opportunities for learning and upskilling.
  11. Minimum 12+ years of experience in consulting or handling change programs within investment banking.
  12. Proven experience as a Program Manager.
  13. Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods (Agile and Waterfall).
