We are currently seeking a highly skilled Artist Manager to join our team.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for discovering, onboarding and managing artist partnerships, with a focus on YouTube and Instagram.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies for identifying and securing exclusive artist collaborations.
  • Manage a portfolio of artists across multiple platforms, prioritizing performance metrics and campaign goals.
  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with artists, talent agencies and other key stakeholders.
  • Negotiate terms, rates and timelines in alignment with project objectives.
  • Oversee the timely submission and launch of campaigns, ensuring seamless coordination between teams.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for artists throughout the campaign lifecycle.
  • Maintain organized records and reports on all artist interactions and performance.
Requirements
  • A results-driven individual with experience in artist management.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in influencer marketing or a related field.
  • Prior experience working with brands or influencer networks is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of social media trends, particularly across YouTube and Instagram.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
  • Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and meet deadlines.
