Job Title: Guest Experience Director

">Responsibilities:
  • Accountable for delivering exceptional guest experiences, ensuring high standards of quality and service across all touchpoints.
  • Builds a culture of excellence, fostering an environment where every guest interaction is an opportunity to exceed expectations.
  • Develops and implements strategies to drive departmental objectives, focusing on key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure guest satisfaction.
  • Creates personalized experiences for VIP guests and special attention guests, recognizing their preferences and ensuring seamless delivery.
  • Enhances the overall hotel experience through effective communication, collaboration, and problem-solving with cross-functional teams.
  • Monitors and analyzes guest feedback, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to maintain the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Provides coaching and guidance to team members, empowering them to deliver exceptional guest experiences and achieve their full potential.
  • Responsible for staying up-to-date with hotel operating systems, including OnQ PMS, Kipsu, HotSOS, and FCS, to ensure seamless integration and optimal functionality.
Requirements:
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a senior customer experience role in the services sector.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing guest satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and empower team members to deliver exceptional results.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to drive business outcomes.
