About Traitfit, we provide scientifically validated assessments catering to Corporates and Academic Institutions. We help clients make their processes more effective & efficient by giving customizable psychometric solutions for issues related to Employability, Hiring, Learning and Development, Organizational Development, and Training.

The SEO Expert will lead all SEO initiatives for our digital presence and its platforms. This role is critical in driving organic qualified traffic, improving search engine rankings, and enhancing online visibility. The candidate will independently manage keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO implementation & optimization, technical SEO, and performance analysis to achieve business goals in a dynamic digital environment.

This role requires a strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, plus basic HTML/CSS knowledge. The ideal candidate should be able to integrate AI into their day-to-day activities and work closely with marketing, content, and web development teams to align SEO efforts with broader business goals.

We're looking for a highly skilled SEO professional who can drive our online strategy forward. As an SEO Expert, you'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from optimizing website content to developing and implementing comprehensive SEO plans.
