About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Technical Support Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Tandem systems, Linux, Windows, and various database technologies.

The successful applicant will be responsible for providing L2/L3 support for applications and systems running on Tandem, Linux, and Windows platforms.

  • Monitor and troubleshoot issues across multiple database environments.
  • Perform routine maintenance patching and upgrades for supported systems.
  • Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to resolve incidents and implement fixes.

Key responsibilities include maintaining system health dashboards and automating routine checks where possible.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Strong experience with Tandem HP NonStop systems.
  • Proficiency in Linux and Windows server environments.
  • Solid understanding of SQL and experience with Sybase, Oracle, and other relational databases.
