Job Title: Executive Support Specialist
Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and results-driven professional to provide end-to-end support to our retail sales team. As an Executive Support Specialist, you will be responsible for generating accurate dealer-level sales reports, managing vendors, and optimizing processes to achieve business objectives.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team by generating and sharing timely and accurate dealer-level sales reports, assist dealers with sales report, credit note, and debit note workings, and communicate scheme-related information as per defined timelines.
- Provide timely services to dealers by ensuring availability of sales aids, logistics, and operational support for unit-level initiatives, activations, and new dealer account openings.
- Identify opportunities to optimize processes, reduce time, and cost, and share accurate and timely reports with the sales team.
- Ensure safety and statutory compliance for offices and warehouses, maintain and display statutory records, and conduct safety mock drills.
To succeed in this role, you must have a graduation degree with 50% marks without any backlog, minimum 50% marks throughout education, and a full-time graduation course.
