Key Account Manager Position Summary:

The ideal candidate for this role will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as proficiency in data analytics and dashboard.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify strategic partners in allocated regions and develop outreach strategies through various communication channels.
  • Collaborate with skilling partners to discuss, promote, and execute skilling projects within agreed timelines.
  • Ensure effective communication with skilling partners and resolve their queries or concerns within stipulated timeframes.
  • Conduct regular reviews and feedback sessions with partners to enhance collaboration and relationships.
  • Capture and share relevant data inputs regarding skilling program status to create informative dashboards.
  • Maintain adherence to defined processes and compliance norms.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graduate or postgraduate degree from a recognized university.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in skilling or apprenticeship outreach programs.
