Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) for effectively assisting users and conveying information clearly.
  • Fluency in Hindi (speaking is essential; reading and writing are advantageous) to engage with users.
  • A customer-first mindset, with a genuine passion for helping users succeed.
  • A proactive attitude toward upselling and promoting high-value services.
  • Ability to gather insights from user interactions and report key findings to the team.
