We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated National Key Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering strong partnering support programs to our customers, growing our volume, share, margin of our products, and customer satisfaction level.
The role involves establishing and implementing account plans (customer strategy) for our customers, coordinating with internal teams of specialists, and visiting customers regularly to identify their needs, resolve issues, develop our value proposition, and build strong professional working relationships to gain customer loyalty.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate with internal teams in delivering strong partnering support programs to customers.
- Establish and implement account plans (customer strategy) for customers, directing required resources to the account.
- Visit customers regularly to identify their needs, resolve issues, develop our value proposition, and build strong professional working relationships to gain customer loyalty.
- Monitor sleeve stock of customers, optimize sleeve utilization, and ensure 4-month rolling sleeve sales forecasts for each customer are accurate.
- Resolve customer claims properly within target timing through expertise and cooperation of internal quality and technical personnel.
- Ensure company's financial risks are eliminated by ensuring customer payment, account receivable, and credit limits are accurate, on time all the time.
- Arrange periodic updates with customers on new development opportunities from overseas markets.
- Prepare regular reports and meeting minutes to keep customers and involved internal colleagues informed on relevant topics, status, and action steps.
- Participate in exhibitions and seminars that promote our products and services to customers.
- Review and update information presented in customers' profiles whenever changed.
- Accomplish special projects or assignments given by Country Manager.
Requirements:
- Strong analytical thinking, leadership skills, and teamwork spirit.
- Demonstrate commitment and ability to follow code of conduct and company's core competencies.
- Sound knowledge of local market, market information sources, and media.
- Previous exposure to technical sales and services is preferable.
