As a key player in the fintech industry, we are seeking an experienced Affiliate Marketer to join our team and drive growth through innovative affiliate marketing strategies.

We're looking for someone who can leverage their expertise in building and managing affiliate programs to increase brand visibility and user acquisition. If you have a proven track record of success in performance marketing, preferably in fintech or Web3, and possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a data-driven mindset, we want to hear from you.

About the Role
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, launching, and managing affiliate marketing campaigns to drive conversions and revenue growth.
  • You will identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates, publishers, and partners, as well as negotiate commission structures and payout models to attract and retain them.
  • Our ideal candidate will also track, analyze, and report on affiliate performance metrics, optimize campaigns, and collaborate with product and design teams to provide creative assets and campaign support.

Requirements
  • 3–5 years of experience in affiliate or performance marketing, preferably in fintech or Web3.
  • Proven success in building and managing affiliate programs and partner pipelines.
  • Strong understanding of affiliate tracking platforms.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in performance analytics, attribution models, and funnel optimization.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills for managing affiliate relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced startup environment.
