Results-Driven Performance Marketing Professional

We are seeking a seasoned expert in performance marketing to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of paid campaigns across digital platforms.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage comprehensive paid campaign strategies for Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and healthcare-specific platforms.
  • Drive patient engagement, appointments, and brand visibility for healthcare services (clinics, hospitals, doctors, or telehealth) through data-driven insights.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis specific to healthcare, ensuring alignment with industry regulations.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance (CTR, CPL, ROAS, Patient Acquisition Cost) and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Optimize landing pages, ad creatives, and funnels to enhance conversion rates and user experience.
  • Collaborate closely with content and design teams to create engaging ad copies, creatives, and video campaigns that meet healthcare guidelines and standards.
  • Evaluate and ensure all campaigns comply with healthcare advertising regulations (Google's healthcare ad policy, Meta restrictions, HIPAA/GDPR).
  • Implement effective remarketing & retargeting strategies to re-engage potential patients and improve conversions.
  • Effectively manage budgets to maximize ROI while minimizing Cost per Lead (CPL).
  • Stay updated on the latest healthcare digital marketing trends, tools, and compliance policies to maintain expertise.
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, with a strong academic record.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of proven experience in performance marketing, preferably in healthcare or medical services, with a track record of success.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Analytics, Tag Manager, SEO basics, and automation tools, with hands-on experience in campaign setup and optimization.
  • Experience in lead generation, funnel optimization, and conversion tracking, with a focus on metrics-driven decision-making.
  • Familiarity with the healthcare patient journey and compliance norms, with an understanding of regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex campaign data and provide actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally with various teams.
  • Preferred Skills:
  • Certification in Google Ads / Facebook Blueprint, demonstrating expertise in platform-specific best practices.
  • Experience with healthcare CRM or patient management systems, with a focus on data integration and campaign optimization.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, Mailchimp), with hands-on experience in workflow setup and campaign execution.
  • Ability to handle multi-location healthcare campaigns (clinics, hospitals, doctors), with a focus on scalability and consistency.
