Dear Candidate, we are seeking a skilled marketing professional to lead our digital campaigns and media buying initiatives.

About the Role

We are looking for a talented individual with experience in data-driven marketing strategies to manage internal resources or agencies to deliver, monitor and report on daily, weekly and monthly KPIs against targets.

  • Analyse creative performance by market and develop new creative options in collaboration with our brand team.
  • Work on forecasting target assumptions during quarterly budget periods, liaising with Design and Finance teams.
  • Identify data trends and insights, and optimize spends and performance based on the insights.
  • Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests. Develop innovative marketing strategies.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven marketing, excellent communication and project management skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements
  • Experience in E-commerce firm or Digital Marketing Agency.
  • Prior experience in managing SEM, SMM, and acquisition efforts.
  • Strong understanding of ROI and volume objectives.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

This is a six-day working job.
