Job Title: Affiliate Marketing Director

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our affiliate marketing efforts. As an Affiliate Marketing Director, you will be responsible for driving performance in our Lead Generation and Pay-Per-Call campaigns.

Your primary objective is to build lasting relationships with affiliates, identify new talent, and develop winning campaign strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with affiliates to foster revenue growth.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard top-tier affiliates for Google Ads & Facebook Ads promotions.
  • Design, execute, and refine affiliate campaigns to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize campaign outcomes.
  • Maintain adherence to industry standards and affiliate program policies.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, specifically lead generation and pay-per-call campaigns (US market preferred).
  • A proven track record of managing and scaling affiliate programs effectively.
  • Expertise in affiliate tracking platforms like TrackDrive, Ringba, or similar tools.
  • Solid knowledge of analytics tools and Excel.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivation and a passion for performance marketing.
