Academic Counselling Trainee Position

This role offers an opportunity to gain experience in academic counselling and student engagement. We are seeking a trainee counsellor who will provide support to students and faculty with their queries, concerns, and other needs.

The selected candidate will work closely with the team to address student and faculty queries, gather feedback, and maintain accurate records of all interactions.

About the Job:

The Academic Counselling Trainee will be responsible for conducting outbound calls, gathering structured feedback, and resolving concerns promptly or escalating them to the concerned team when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Addressing student and faculty queries through outbound calls.
  • Gathering structured feedback and highlighting areas for improvement.
  • Resolving concerns promptly or escalating to the concerned team when necessary.
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all interactions.
  • Sharing updates related to batches, class reschedules, and announcements.
  • Supporting the team in improving student satisfaction by identifying and following up on recurring issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal communication skills in both Hindi and English.
  • Basic knowledge of Google Sheets and documentation.
  • Empathetic, patient, and solution-oriented approach.
  • A personal laptop and reliable internet connection are necessary.
