We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Manager to lead our recruitment team.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Hiring Strategy Development: Plan and execute hiring strategies as per agreed profiles, compensation, and timelines.
- Recruitment Process Optimization: Ensure backend hiring processes/tools are effective, efficient, and facilitate candidate onboarding to meet business requirements.

- Performance Management: Timely processing of data to support other recruitment vertical leads to review and manage teams' performance and deliverables.
- Candidate Movement: Ensure candidate movement from recruitment to onboarding to training.
- Data Maintenance: Accurate data maintenance and reporting to support organization's internal/external audit requirements.
- Reporting and Analytics: Owns all dashboards and reporting pertaining to recruitment, reducing manual intervention and facilitating automation of reports.
- Regulatory Compliance: Avoids legal challenges by understanding current legislation, enforcing regulations with managers, recommending new procedures, and conducting training.
