Toshali Resorts International, a leading player in the hospitality industry, is seeking a highly motivated Sales and Marketing Deputy Manager to join its team at Puri.

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new leads, presenting product offerings to prospective clients, negotiating terms and contracts, and building strong relationships with existing clients.

With a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, persuasion and negotiation abilities, and goal-oriented self-motivation. You will also have proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

We offer a competitive salary based on industry standards, commensurate with experience. The estimated salary range for this position is ₹8,00,000 - ₹12,00,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and performance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background, preferably a graduate degree, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs. You will also be willing to travel or work flexible hours, depending on the role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with other teams, including marketing, product, and customer support, to ensure a seamless sales process and customer satisfaction. You will also be expected to stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
