Marketing Delivery Analyst Senior Job Description

The role of a Marketing Delivery Analyst Senior involves supporting the execution of strategic and operational excellence initiatives through reporting and programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. End-to-end Email Campaign Management
  2. Email campaign activities including list setup, targeting, segmentation, tagging, deployment, troubleshooting, and other aspects of email execution
  3. Knowledge of HTML and/or scripting languages for email campaign launches and necessary development work
  4. Hands-on experience with Adobe Photoshop and PSD to HTML conversions using content builders like Visual Editor/Taxi for Email
  5. Email testing practices including A/B Testing and Multivariate Testing
  6. Couching and mentoring junior analysts and driving innovative ideas for elevating marketing standards
  7. Handling high-volume requests while delivering high-quality work and maintaining quality checklists
  8. Ensuring campaign health and deliverable execution using project management tools
  9. Solutioning and Innovation; Developing and implementing test plans to optimize email campaign performance via aggressive testing methodologies
  10. Accurately and efficiently fulfilling campaign requests within agreed timescales
  11. Producing and analyzing campaign reports on a weekly/monthly basis

Reports to: Lead or above

Working Conditions/Physical Requirements: Normal office environment. Some travel may be required
