Job Title: Executive Assistant to the Founders

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Executive Assistant to join our founding team. As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the founders, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and driving projects forward.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work directly with us, gain insight into the inner workings of a startup, and contribute to our mission of building businesses that vibe.

To succeed in this position, you should be a self-starter with excellent communication skills, able to multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the founding team, including calendar management, email correspondence, and travel arrangements
  • Coordinate team meetings, events, and projects, ensuring timely completion and follow-up
  • Develop and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and other tools to support team operations
  • Conduct research, analyze data, and provide insights to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in executive administration, preferably in a startup environment
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and other productivity tools
