About the RoleJoin our leadership team as a Strategic Partnership Manager to work directly with our founder.
This is a full-time position for highly motivated individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments.
You will act as a strategic right-hand to our founder, managing cross-functional priorities, ensuring smooth operations across multiple verticals, and playing a leading role in conceptualizing and executing global events.
Key Responsibilities:- Work with our founder on strategic initiatives, decision-making, and execution of critical projects.
- Manage and coordinate across multiple verticals, ensuring alignment of goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Drive planning, execution, and stakeholder management for events, conferences, and forums hosted by our organization.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry tracking to provide insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and briefs for internal and external stakeholders, including investors, partners, and policymakers.
- Act as a central point of communication and ensure follow-through on commitments across teams.
- Oversee operational excellence, monitoring KPIs and ensuring execution of day-to-day activities across business verticals.
- Support business development, partnerships, and relationship management with high-level stakeholders.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Management, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in strategy or startup roles.
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and work across functions simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional presence.
- Proven ability to manage projects end-to-end, including events or large-scale initiatives.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with adaptability, resilience, and problem-solving capabilities.
- High proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with tools like Notion, Trello, or Asana is a plus.
