Accounting and Finance Leader

This is an opportunity to lead a fast-growing business in the food and consumer goods sector, committed to delivering fresh, authentic, and high-quality products.

With a focus on innovation, sustainability, and trust, the company requires a seasoned Accounts Head to drive financial discipline and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee end-to-end accounting processes (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Bank Reconciliation, etc.)
  • Maintain accurate financial statements, MIS reports, and budgets for management
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, Income Tax, and other applicable laws
  • Develop and implement internal controls, accounting policies, and processes
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the accounts & finance team

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in accounts and finance, preferably in the FMCG/consumer goods sector
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, statutory compliances, and financial reporting
  • Proficiency in accounting software, MS Excel, and financial systems
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  • CA / CMA qualification preferred; Commerce graduates with relevant experience may also apply
