Senior Financial Manager Position

This role involves overseeing the accounting and financial management functions of an organization. Key responsibilities include supervising accounting processes, preparing financial statements, maintaining compliance with accounting standards, managing audits, and monitoring fixed assets.

Financial Management
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis reports to inform business decisions.
  • Analyze financial data to assess performance and recommend cost-saving initiatives.
  • Monitor cash flow and working capital to ensure efficient fund management.
  • Collaborate with banks and financial institutions to secure credit lines and manage treasury operations.
Leadership & Process Management
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of finance professionals.
  • Implement and enhance internal financial controls and ERP systems to support business growth.
  • Collaborate with other departments to drive business decisions and maintain financial discipline.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting; CA/CMA/MBA (Finance) preferred.
  • 5–10 years of experience in accounting and financial management.
  • Sound knowledge of taxation, audit, compliance, and financial reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with Tally, SAP, Oracle, Zoho Books, or other ERP systems.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, financial modeling, and MIS reporting.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
