Job Title: Director of Financial Operations

Function Overview:

The Director of Financial Operations is responsible for overseeing the accounts payable function, managing vendor relationships, and leading a team to ensure robust financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Timely and accurate processing of all payments, vendor invoices, and expense reports.
  • Development, implementation, and monitoring of payables policies and procedures for efficiency, compliance, and control.

  • Review, validation, and approval of invoices; adherence to company policies, contractual terms, and regulatory requirements.
  • Management of vendor relationships and resolution of issues.
