We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Customer Support Associate in Bengaluru.

About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled professional to provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

  • As a primary point of contact, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • You will work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Providing accurate and detailed customer records and interactions is also an essential part of this role.
Key Responsibilities

In this position, you will be required to:

  1. Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
  2. Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Provide product and service information to customers.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve customer issues.
  5. Maintain accurate and detailed customer records and interactions.
  6. Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and resolve any remaining issues.
  7. Handle a high volume of incoming calls and emails.
  8. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate teams.
  9. Continuously improve customer service processes and procedures.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A minimum of 1-year experience in customer support or related roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related fields preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to handle difficult customer situations with professionalism and empathy.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software systems.
  • Must be flexible to work in shifts if required.
Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately ₹600,000 - ₹800,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
