Tax Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Tax Compliance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely statutory compliance, supporting audits, and providing tax planning and advisory services.
The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to interpret complex tax laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Tax Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely completion of tax returns, including GST and income tax.
- Labour Laws Compliance: Manage direct and indirect taxation, including labour laws compliance, return filings, MCA filings, resolutions, assessments, and other regulatory requirements.
- Audit Support: Provide support during tax audits, respond to notices, and attend hearings.
- Tax Planning and Advisory: Offer tax-related advisory services on business transactions, vendor/customer contracts, and new business models.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Taxation Expertise: In-depth knowledge of taxation laws, regulations, and procedures.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex financial data and identify trends.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
