Job Title: Tax Compliance Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Compliance Specialist to join our team. As a Tax Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for managing tax compliance across multiple clients with accuracy and timeliness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage tax compliance across multiple clients with accuracy and timeliness
- Prepare and file tax returns, challans, correction statements, and reconciliations
- Work with tax portals and compliance software to ensure smooth processes
- Represent clients professionally in communications with authorities and stakeholders
- Stay updated on tax laws, sections, rules, and compliance notifications
- Lead and guide junior team members while ensuring quality in deliverables
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: B.Com. (mandatory). Pursuing / passed / incomplete CA Inter preferred
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in tax compliance
- Strong command of Excel (formulas, pivot, MIS reports) and compliance tools
- Proficiency in Gujarati, Hindi, and English
- Excellent communication skills and leadership mindset to take ownership of work
