Job Title: Tax Compliance Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled tax compliance specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring that all tax-related matters are handled in a timely and accurate manner.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage direct and indirect taxation, including Goods and Services Tax (GST) and income tax.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, handle return filings, MCA filings, resolutions, assessments, and other statutory requirements.
  • Provide timely support for audits, respond to notices, and attend hearings.
  • Offer tax planning, advisory, and risk management services.
  • Collaborate with commercial tax departments, consultants, and auditors on tax audits, statutory audits, and reviews.
  • Provide tax-related advice on business transactions, vendor/customer contracts, and new business models.
  • Prepare and review monthly and annual tax provisions and disclosures in financial statements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of taxation laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in MS Office and relevant software applications.
