Tax Compliance & Filings Specialist

As a Tax Compliance & Filings Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the preparation and submission of various tax returns to IRAS. This includes:

  • Estimated Chargeable Income (ECI) filings
  • Final Tax Returns (Form C / Form C-S / Dormant Company Waivers)
  • GST Returns
  • Withholding Tax Returns

You will also assist with applications for Certificate of Residence (COR) on behalf of clients and liaise with IRAS to address and resolve tax audits related to GST, income tax, and withholding tax.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage tax return preparations and submissions
  • Assist with COR applications
  • Liaise with IRAS on tax audit matters

Regulatory & Secretarial Support:

We are seeking an individual who can provide regulatory and secretarial support, including preparing and reviewing corporate secretarial documents such as statutory registers, board resolutions, and AGM documentation.

  • Prepare and review corporate secretarial documents
  • Provide end-to-end assistance with short-form amalgamation of companies in Singapore

Fund & Incentive Advisory:

In this role, you will analyze tax incentives for fund vehicles and assist clients in availing the same. You will also prepare and file annual declarations with MAS to maintain eligibility for tax incentives.

Advisory Services:

We offer advisory services to clients on international tax matters, corporate structuring, and business advisory needs. As a member of our team, you will advise clients on regulatory guidance on transactions such as share transfers, mergers, ESOP issuance, and capital gains on foreign asset disposals.
