Job Description\

As a Contracts Administrator II, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate execution of contracts on both the vendor and client sides.

\

Key responsibilities include processing contracts according to client policies, preparing service termination processing via amendments, maintaining internal databases with pertinent information, and assisting in the preparation and revision of contracts involving the purchase or sale of goods and services.

\

Additionally, you will be responsible for handling equipment and supply acquisition, distribution, and storage, disposing of unclaimed property, participating in proposal planning and administration, and preparing contract briefs and revisions summarizing contractual requirements and budgets.

  • Prepare service termination processing via amendments and updates.\
  • Maintain an internal database with pertinent information, including legal documents and correspondence.\
  • Assist in the preparation and revision of contracts involving the purchase or sale of goods and services.\
  • Handle equipment and supply acquisition, distribution, and storage.\
  • Dispose of unclaimed property and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.\
  • Participate in proposal planning and administration, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.\
  • Prepare contract briefs and revisions summarizing contractual requirements and budgets.\
  • Track authorizations and correspondence, maintaining detailed and organized files.\
  • Prepare contract change notices, monitor contractor performance, and track status and deliverables.\
  • Maintain an audit file for each contract, including original contract, all correspondence, changes/deviations, amendments, clarifications, payment schedules, and other relevant documentation.\
  • Perform closing activities as needed, ensuring seamless transition and completion of projects.\
  • Track payments and deadlines, maintaining accurate records and reports.\
  • Analyze and mitigate risk, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.\
