About this role:

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our global health initiatives, driving growth and strategy in key markets.

  • Develop and execute market-entry roadmaps for priority countries/states, mapping Ministry of Health ecosystems and identifying AI procurement opportunities.
  • Create large-scale AI programs to design multi-disease population-surveillance projects, accelerating ongoing Govt Digital/eHealth initiatives.
  • Navigate tender processes, rate-contracts, and grant mechanisms to originate, structure, and close deals with government stakeholders.
  • Secure funding from bilateral, multilateral, and philanthropic sources to accelerate AI procurements at state or national level.
  • Influence policy & budgets to engage senior bureaucrats, policymakers, and technical committees, creating Healthcare-AI budget lines and inclusion in disease-control guidelines.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, fostering partnerships between Qure, government agencies, and global funding partners.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Public Health, Business Administration, Computer Science).
  • 5+ years of experience in government partnerships, AI innovation, or strategic growth.
  • Proven track record of success in navigating complex tenders, contracts, and funding mechanisms.
  • Strong networking skills, with experience building relationships with government officials, AI experts, and funding partners.
  • Familiarity with disease surveillance and digital health initiatives, including data analysis and interpretation.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience communicating complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
