Digital Transformation Expert

We are seeking an experienced Senior Digital Transformation Lead to drive our digital strategy and transformation efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for aligning our digital tech stack with our business strategy and vision.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the delivery management of all digital programs and work closely with product management teams to ensure deployments happen at agreed sprints and review service level agreements.
- Define and review system/application architecture in alignment with overall enterprise architecture standards.
- Establish centralized Helpdesk operations to provide excellent user experience and review service level agreements.
- Manage budgets and expenses to ensure they are within budget limits.
- Implement and manage technology products and platforms, working closely with partners, and ensuring perceived objectives are met.
- Evaluate and monitor overall sizing requirements, ensuring digital platforms cater to the needs of scale-up.
- Setup, implement, and monitor centralized API highway to manage all API operations efficiently.
- Finalize product licensing metrics and prices with partners, reviewing product licensing to ensure license utilization is within limits and takes up new/additional requirements.
- Possess 15-20 years of work experience, with 8-10 years in Digital operations, preferably in a fast-paced start-up environment that runs in an agile manner.
- Have experience leading transformation streams in large organisations with a mix of internal and external partner teams.
- Possess strong understanding of technology architecture and ability to influence and work with technology partners.
- Be experienced in facilitating agile ceremonies, managing backlogs/release plans, tracking team level metrics, removing blockers.
- Able to attract top talent to work on digital transformation projects.
