Lead Digital Agency Growth

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our digital agency growth. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with 9-15 years of experience in business development and revenue roles within digital agencies.

Role & Responsibilities:

You will own and drive the entire revenue charter for our digital agency & tech business vertical. As the face of our organization in the market, you will be responsible for leading new client conversations, shaping pitches, and ensuring sustained growth from new client acquisition and client retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive end-to-end revenue generation across digital agency services (creative, media, digital marketing) & tech services (web, app, ODC models).
  • Own the new business pipeline: prospecting, qualifying, pitching, and closing deals with mid to large enterprise clients.
  • Act as the face of our organization in new client pitches - lead presentations, build narratives, and co-create solutions with strategy, creative, and tech leads.
  • Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within existing accounts, while opening doors with new clients in BFSI, Auto, Consumer Electronics, Retail, and FMCG.
  • Lead and mentor a sales pod of sales executives/managers, ensuring smart hunting, consistent follow-ups, and target alignment.
  • Work closely with business heads to shape revenue forecasts, GTM strategies, and productized service bundles.
  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships with client decision-makers (CMOs, Heads of Digital, Tech leaders).
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and feed insights into our growth strategy.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

You should have a strong track record of winning mid-to-large deals in at least two of these verticals: BFSI, Auto, Retail, FMCG, Consumer Tech.
