Improve efficiency and streamline the review of commercial agreements as a key member of our legal team. This role plays a pivotal part in supporting the legal function by increasing productivity and enhancing revenue/sales performance.

Main Responsibilities
  • Draft and negotiate terms and conditions for order forms, professional service agreements, master services agreements, statements of work, data privacy agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and other agreements according to internal guidelines, utilizing a comprehensive contracts playbook.
  • Solve any contract-related problems that may arise with other parties and internally within the company itself.
  • Develop and effectively articulate creative solutions and draft alternative terms, working closely with attorneys within the Legal team, as appropriate.
  • Obtain approval for non-standard terms in accordance with internal policies.
  • Educate internal teams to promote conformity and consistency in contract terms and legal obligations.
  • Contribute to the maintenance and enhancement of Legal administrative processes and legal documents (contracts, corporate records, non-disclosure agreements, data privacy agreements, etc.).
  • Partner with other internal teams to drive process and operational improvements and ensure an extraordinary customer experience.
Requirements

A University level degree or equivalent, with 4-6 years' experience negotiating legal terms & conditions with directly customers or vendors. Training or education in law, paralegal skills, negotiation, or legal writing, including IAACM or similar certification required. Familiarity with media organizations desirable.
