Key Responsibilities

  • Management of ad-server and its related processes to ensure best practices are followed and maintained.
  • Planning, launching, optimizing, and consulting on Trafficking Display campaigns, including Search and Social campaigns as needed.
  • Campaign set-up and execution, including generating and testing ad tags for campaign launches.
  • Ensuring ad creative adheres to technical specifications and troubleshooting creative issues affecting implementation, tracking, and reporting.
  • Troubleshooting internal and external ad server system issues.
  • Point of escalation for global Ad tech queries between offices.
  • Collaborating with media and creative teams to activate digital campaigns across display, video, social, mobile, and programmatic channels.
  • Universal Tag Manager installation and management (Google Tag Manager, Adobe Tag Manager, Tealium, Sizmek Versatag).
  • Becoming a Subject Matter Expert in Display ad trafficking and placement best practices, as well as URL tracking parameters for Search and Social campaigns.
  • Identifying technical and reporting opportunities to address clients' needs across all channels of digital media.
  • Leading on tracking strategies on clients' digital properties to ensure effective user and conversion measurement.
  • Leading on creation of reports and communication of insights to clients.
  • Creating and maintaining supporting documents, handbooks, trafficking sheets, and best practices.

Requirements

A bit about yourself:

  • 6+ years of experience working in Ad Ops.
  • Extensive familiarity with the ad tech ecosystem and key trends.
  • Experience working with Ad servers (CM360, Sizmek, Adform).
  • Experience working with Google Tag Manager.
  • Strong analytical base with experience in various business intelligence or reporting tools.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills to effectively present technical products to non-technical customers and negotiate deals.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a team environment.
  • Collaborative, team-oriented working style.
