We are seeking a skilled Google Ads Specialist to manage and optimize our paid advertising campaigns across various platforms. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth, increase brand awareness, and enhance customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor key metrics such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates to ensure optimal campaign performance.
  • Analytics & Tracking: Utilize Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to track campaign performance, user behavior, and event tracking.
  • Remarketing & Lead Nurturing: Develop remarketing strategies to re-engage existing leads and improve conversion rates.
  • Local SEO & Competitor Research: Optimize Google My Business listings to enhance local visibility and track their performance.
  • Lead Quality & Funnel Optimization: Analyze lead quality to ensure alignment with business goals.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing remarketing strategies across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
  • Demonstrated ability to create segmented audience lists based on lead behavior and website activity.
  • Experience running tailored remarketing campaigns to increase conversion rates from previously engaged users.
  • Skilled in analyzing the performance of remarketing efforts and optimizing creatives and bidding based on data insights.
