A successful candidate will be responsible for promoting godown/warehouse rental services, identifying potential clients, generating qualified leads, building relationships with local businesses, brokers, agents, and channel partners, coordinating site visits and client presentations, creating and managing listings on property portals, running digital marketing campaigns, attending trade shows, networking events, and industry meetups, monitoring competitor activities, sharing market intelligence reports, and achieving monthly and quarterly leasing targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 10–15 years of experience in B2B marketing, commercial leasing, or real estate.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
  • Fluency in English and local language preferred.
