Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in EMS/electronics manufacturing and be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.

The successful candidate will develop and execute B2B marketing strategies to attract OEMs/ODMs in India and abroad. They will generate and qualify leads through online/offline channels, industry expos, and professional networks.

The candidate will identify new markets, customer segments, and partnership opportunities. They will coordinate and manage participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.

Maintaining CRM systems and tracking lead conversion performance is also a key responsibility of this role. Working closely with the sales and technical teams to prepare RFQ responses, proposals, and client presentations is also required.

The ideal candidate will build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Driving digital presence via various B2B platforms with marketing content and campaigns is also an important aspect of this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of marketing/sales experience in the EMS or electronics manufacturing industry.
  • Strong understanding of EMS processes, PCBA, wiring harness, and box-build services.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM tools, and digital marketing strategies.
