About this role:

We're seeking an experienced LLM Trainer to join our team and contribute to the advancement of AI systems. In this position, you'll be responsible for training Large Language Models in Japanese, leveraging your technical expertise to drive innovation and excellence.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing data pipelines to ensure high-quality human and synthetic data for model performance improvement.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and execute experiments, fine-tune models, and optimize workflows.
  • Breaking down complex tasks into manageable components and simulating realistic scenarios to reflect user expectations and assistant limitations.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of overall professional experience in a technical or analytical field.
  • Strong general technical reasoning skills and ability to model real-world assistant behavior using tool-based APIs.
  • Excellent written communication skills, with a focus on clarity, tone, and instructional coherence.
  • Creativity and attention to detail in crafting realistic scenarios and responses.
