Cloud and AI Training Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to coordinate training projects focused on cloud and AI technologies.

The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and manage comprehensive training programs catering to both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage training logistics from inception to completion, including scheduling, trainer assignment, and post-training analysis.
  • Execute innovative and scalable training initiatives, with a focus on Azure infrastructure, AI/ML services, Cognitive Services, OpenAI APIs, and other Microsoft cloud capabilities.
  • Facilitate technical evaluation calls for prospective trainers, assessing their expertise in Azure services and AI technologies.
  • Build and maintain a network of external trainers specialized in Microsoft Azure and OpenAI, ensuring alignment with strategic direction.
  • Oversee the accurate and timely distribution of technical training materials, including Azure lab guides, sandbox environments, and OpenAI documentation or access codes.
  • Ensure all training programs meet quality standards, align with Microsoft's cloud and AI roadmap, and result in high customer satisfaction and knowledge transfer.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong project management skills, with experience in coordinating training programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to facilitate technical evaluation calls.
  • Knowledge of Azure infrastructure, AI/ML services, Cognitive Services, OpenAI APIs, and other Microsoft cloud capabilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with external trainers and stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, with excellent time management and analytical skills.
