The Opportunity

We are seeking a top-tier, hands-on AI Trainer to design and deliver an exclusive
2-day in-person workshop
for our members. The goal is not just to talk about AI theory but to demystify it for a manufacturing audience. You will bridge the gap between AI's potential and its practical, on-the-ground application in factories, supply chains, and quality control labs. This is your chance to empower the leaders of India's core industrial sectors to adopt and leverage AI for real-world business impact.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design & Customise:
   Develop a highly practical, 2-day workshop curriculum focused on
   Applied AI in Manufacturing
   . The content must be relevant for plant heads, operations managers, and business leaders.
2. Deliver with Impact:
   Lead an engaging, interactive, and hands-on workshop. Your delivery should focus on
   live demonstrations of AI tools
   , practical use cases, and interactive problem-solving sessions.
3. Simplify Complexity:
   Translate complex AI, Machine Learning (ML), and Generative AI concepts into clear, understandable business language and actionable steps.
4. Create Practical Resources:
   Develop supporting materials, including checklists, simple frameworks, and a take-home "AI Starter Kit" to help members begin their AI journey.
