Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Trainer with expertise in Python, R, and Data Science (SAS knowledge preferred) to join our training team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and practical training sessions to corporate professionals, helping them build strong foundations in analytics, machine learning, and data science tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver training programs (virtual / onsite) in Python, R, SAS, and Data Science concepts.
  • Develop and structure training material, exercises, and real-world case studies.
  • Conduct interactive workshops with hands-on coding labs and business use cases.
  • Assess participant progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Customize training modules to suit client/learner requirements.
  • Stay updated with latest trends in Machine Learning, AI, and Analytics to enhance training content.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • 5-7 years experience as a Trainer / Data Scientist / Analyst in Python, R, or SAS.
  • Strong knowledge of Machine Learning & Data Science concepts.
  • Ability to explain complex topics in a simple, engaging, and practical way.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
  • SAS knowledge is an advantage (preferred but not mandatory).

Qualification:

  • Minimum: Bachelors Degree in Mathematics / Statistics / Computer Applications / Engineering / Data Science
  • Preferred: Masters Degree in Mathematics / Statistics / Computer Applications / Engineering / Data Science
