Job Title: Senior Electrical Project Lead

Location: Pune, Maharashtra

Job Description:

  • Manage and oversee the execution of large-scale electrical projects from inception to completion.
  • Lead a team of engineers, supervisors, and technicians to ensure timely project delivery and quality workmanship.
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to meet client expectations and company objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 12-15 years of experience in electrical project management with at least 5 years of managing data center or critical infrastructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge of high-voltage and low-voltage electrical systems, including HT panels, LT panels, cable laying, earthing, transformers, DG sets, UPS, and related electrical systems.
  • Familiarity with installation standards (IS/IEC) and safety codes.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills to manage teams and coordinate with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders.
