Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR professional to lead all aspects of our HR operations. The HR Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and employee engagement.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and organizational goals.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job postings to onboarding, to ensure seamless integration of new employees.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of staff.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Manage performance review processes and work with department heads on performance improvement plans.
  • Organize training and development initiatives to support employee growth and development.
  • Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR federal and state requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
