Lead HR Digitization and Implementation

We are seeking a results-driven professional to spearhead our client's digital transformation in Human Resources.

  • Job Description:
  • Oversee the end-to-end implementation of an HR Management System (HRMS), from integration to go-live.
  • Liaise with vendor teams, internal IT, and HR stakeholders for smooth execution.
  • Map existing HR processes and digitize workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot integration issues along with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the adoption of digital-first culture and employee self-service through training and support.
  • Design and deliver training modules for HRMS adoption across employee levels.
  • Provide ongoing support, knowledge sharing, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business units to understand HR needs and align HRMS solutions accordingly.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Graduate degree with technical background preferred; MBA in HR from a reputable institution.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant HR experience with a team size of at least 1,000+ employees.
  • Proven track record in HR digitization and HRMS implementation, preferably with People Strong.
  • Strong HR process knowledge, including payroll, attendance, talent management, and performance management.
  • Good understanding of HR Technology, integrations, and process automation.
