Are you a talent acquisition expert looking for a challenging role that requires strategic thinking and strong communication skills?

We're seeking a Staffing Coordinator to join our team, responsible for partnering with staffing agencies to hire talented individuals who share our passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

This is a high-volume hiring space where you will play a key role in managing internal talent pipelines, executing new hiring events, and guiding vendors and applicants through the hiring process.

As a Staffing Coordinator, you will work closely with business partners, partner teams, and stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient flow of information and effective communication processes.

The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification, 2+ years of experience in talent sourcing initiatives, and proficiency in MS-Office, especially Excel.

Key responsibilities include demand planning, oversight of the end-end hiring process, staff agencies readiness and training, onboarding process and orientation, and analytical thinking.

Additionally, you must be able to travel as needed and work a flexible schedule.
