Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with department leads to identify current and future staffing needs, facilitating effective planning and decision-making.
  • Support forecasting resource demand, resolving conflicts to optimize resource utilization and drive project success.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on resource availability, usage, and performance metrics to inform strategic decisions.
  • Facilitate the onboarding and offboarding of project resources, ensuring seamless transitions and minimizing disruptions.
  • Communicate regularly with project managers to understand staffing and capacity challenges, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Ensure alignment between resource availability and project requirements, driving project outcomes and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 4+ Years of Experience in Resource Management
  • Demonstrate Strong Organizational and Analytical Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Resource Management Tools (e.g., Smartsheet, SAP, MS Project, D365)
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Able to Multitask and Manage Priorities in a Fast-Paced Environment
