Job Description:
We are seeking an exceptional Solution Sales Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and developing new opportunities across various industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute account plans to achieve assigned targets in designated industries and markets
Presentation of monthly forecasts to accurately lead opportunity dates, booking value, and revenue in CRM systems
Establish and maintain a network of customer and industry contacts to position QodeNext as a leading player in the technology solutions space
Collaborate with multiple stakeholders within the organization to deliver customer-centric meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
Perform detailed customer business analysis, connect insights, articulate solutions, and execute buy-in at C-level
Maintain resilience in the face of obstacles and develop high-impact presentations and proposals that articulate QodeNext's differentiated solution, market leadership, and unique value as a technology partner
Build and execute sales plans to achieve quarterly booking and revenue targets, manage sales pipelines, forecasts, current opportunities, and future planned activities
Collaborate with the product team to share market feedback and needs in building the product roadmap
Required Skills and Qualifications:
3-5 years of sales experience as a hunter or creative pathfinder to grow the market
Graduate engineers preferred or any with techno-commercial experience
Experience selling technology solutions projects, including software solutions, automation products, machine vision, and capital equipment sales (hardware) in multiple industries
Able to sell at all decision-making levels in organizations ranging from mid-size to Fortune 100 companies
Able to travel up to 60% based on need
Previous sales experience in perpetual, SaaS, and cloud software
In-depth knowledge of enterprise software and IT services
Experience selling in any or combination of the verticals must include Pharma/Life Sciences, Agro, Auto, FMCG, Textile
Able to perform in a fast-paced, challenging, and dynamic start-up environment
Experience utilizing CRM to manage pipeline
