Strategic Business Development Manager

VIBRANT STAFFING SOLUTIONS PVT LTD seeks an experienced Strategic Business Development Manager to acquire quality clients through networking, data base, market intelligence and references from existing clients.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in direct sales with a strong track record of generating cross-sell revenue through financial planning. They will be responsible for promoting focus products, maintaining records of business on internal software, and ensuring compliance with various regulatory guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire quality clients through strategic partnerships and relationship building
- Generate cross-sell revenue through financial planning and analysis
- Promote focus products and services to existing and new clients
- Maintain accurate records of business performance on internal software
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in direct sales with a proven track record of success
- Strong understanding of financial planning and analysis principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with industry trends and market analysis
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in banking, insurance, or distribution industries
- Hands-on experience in direct selling with a franchisee network
- Ability to travel frequently for business meetings and client visits
- Good command of English and/or vernacular language
Compensation:
The salary for this position is approximately ₹30-40 LPA, depending on qualifications and experience.
